HOW BARR ALLEN ONYEMA AND AIR PEACE WILL OVERCOME

I have followed up on the headlines about Air Peace and Barr Onyema, most of the analysis I read don't just hold water in this case.

The Americans are quite different from Nigeria when it comes to upholding their laws especially when it has to do with IRS and taxes, their system is so structured to ensure every penny that comes into their country gets well accounted for and their taxes deducted either at source or later in the year.

Air peace as it stands now has grown big and has become a house hold name in Nigeria, a feat that has grown beyond the owner Barr Onyema, the operations of Air Peace has dwarfed all local operators and competing squarely with most international Air lines.

Air Peace attempts to fly Lagos -Atlanta Route I suspect is one of Barr Onyema's Albatross , Delta Airline by default is the owner of Atlanta Georgia International Airport and they had created a monopoly on that Lagos  -Atlanta route for years and had made tremendous income from Nigerians flying almost 3 to 4 times in a week non stop, so it would be a thing of rivalry for Air Peace coming with superior Air crafts , very affordable ticket prices for both Economy and Business classes and with a potential of kicking Delta Airline out of business is a matter of business crisis for the entire Delta conglomerate and the city of Atlanta Georgia.

This very fear of getting redundant and probably shutting down a major route that had boosted heavy income with an over whelming Passenger traffic from Nigeria has created this legal ditch and firewall for Air Peace and Barr Onyema, it would not have been a big deal if Air Peace had listened to advices from some quarters to pursue the Lagos - Houston route which is an abandoned route by the United Airlines since 2016, Air Peace would have been let to compete from a distance rather than penetrating the very heart and soul of Atlanta's Delta Airlines.

The entire legal battle is domiciled in the state of Georgia by Georgian District Attorneys and local prosecutors.
They can never jail Barr Onyema but will succeed in squeezing out lots of money from him and will ensure he is barred from even entering the city of Atlanta talk less doing business there.

Allen Onyema should simply hire very powerful criminal attorneys in the USA and must be careful with the team of lawyers he recruits because I spoke to a very knowledgeable Attorney who is a Nigerian born and who understands the Legal politics in America and he adviced that most of the big name criminal attorneys are agents of the system, they will collaborate with the Prosecutors and DA to ensure lots of money is drained out of Air peace and May Push Him into A Hasty Weak Plea bargain.

What ever are the charges against Allen are not something extra ordinary as almost all businesses in America gets their papers scrutinized and surely issues of under declaring  or over statements abound and that is why President Donald Trump has been in court fighting and pushing back the halwks targeting his Business empire.

Finally, Barr Onyema should be ready with his team of TRUSTED and TESTED  criminal attorneys and should not be deterred from pursuing his business dreams of easing the stress of Nigerians flying the American routes, in life you must dare to conquer and only the cowards get scared from facing life's reality.....please come to Houston and do your business.
